About the role

Our Finance team are currently looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator to be based in our Head Office in Swindon, Wiltshire on a full time, permanent basis. The role will require you to provide clerical support to the Finance function, input and verification of source documents onto the ledgers in line with company procedures and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practise. You will receive invoices via email and assist in capturing these on the invoice register and distribute to persons to action. Alongside this, you will be required to input supplier invoices onto our SAP system and monitor integrity of Office Managers GRN inputs, raise and address queries as appropriate. The role will need you to perform statement reconciliations to verify supplier balances and accurately code and input the Barclaycard Statement. You will also be responsible for dealing with first line supplier queries and resolve or elevate these as appropriate. Please note that this role will be office based 5 days per week until successful completion of your probationary period where you can then apply to work from home 1 day per week.

About you

It is essential that you have previous administration experience, preferably within a previous Finance function. It would be beneficial for the role if you hold previous experience of working with SAP. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a timely and effective manner.
