About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Information, Design Engineer to join our Technical Services Team in our Head Office in Swindon, Wiltshire. You will manage design consultant activities and deliverables to ensure they are completed in line with the agreed programme and Client requirements. This may include more than one consultant. You will be the technical lead for the permanent works design on the project unless a Design Manager is present and both input and output deliverables for the design are tracked and reported to the HOCHTIEF Project/Engineering Manager as required. The role will require you to manage and communicate all design queries, comments and information required from Design workshops and meetings and keep records. You will also be required to collaborate with the engagement of external suppliers/subcontractors. Please note that this role will be office based 5 days per week until successful completion of your probationary period where you can then apply to work from home 1 day per week.
