About the role

We are looking to expand our team with skilled and enthusiastic individuals to deliver a tunnelling project in the beautiful region of Snowdonia, North Wales. Our work will significantly enhance the visual impact of the area, burying a network of overhead cables and removing a number of pylons to restore and protect the natural beauty, wildlife and environmental heritage of this precious landscape.

The project requires a Health and Safety Administration Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the preparation and administration of documentation and records, specifically for the Health and Safety Project Team. This will include training skills matrix, monthly internal and external joint meeting reports etc. You will produce and analyse trends of data and produce both internal and external meeting minutes. The role will require you to work closely with the Training Coordinator to ensure relevant training competencies are captured at induction and maintain the training skills matrix with competencies and qualifications to comply with health and safety regulations.

About you

It is essential that you are IT literate and are confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will have strong data analysis skills and have an understanding of the purpose of document control. A NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate and IOSH Membership would be beneficial for this role.
