We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our Sellafield IDP project. You will be required to manage BIM and digital systems and activities to ensure they are completed in line with the agreed scope and programme with the following key objectives:
- Compliance with BS EN 19650.
- Compliance with Client BIM and digital requirements.
- Alignment of systems, procedures and applications to support efficiency, safety, quality and collaboration across partners, client, asset owners and stakeholders.
You will establish and manage the contract CDE and information systems and deliver information in accordance with BS EN 19650 and the MIDP. You must develop, implement and manage digital applications in accordance with BEP. The role will also require you to train and assist staff and others in BIM, digital tools and using systems correctly for overall contract efficiency and quality. Please note that this role will be office based 5 days per week until successful completion of your probationary period where you can then apply to work from home 1 day per week.
It is essential that you hold a Degree in civil engineering or acceptable equivalent and hold a current CSCS card. A BIM Qualification including BS EN ISO 19650 would be beneficial. You must be able to demonstrate understanding of construction methods and outputs and have a competent use of industry CAD, BIM and other infrastructure software. Understanding of Sellafield specific BIM and digital procedures and applications would also be desirable. Proficiency in AutoDesk, Syncro, Revit, Navisworks, Solibri and related products would be advantageous.
