This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and commercially minded finance student or recent graduate to gain responsibility within an international organisation. Working directly with senior management, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of three related businesses operating across the education, employability and international mobility sectors, providing exposure to multiple business entities, diverse revenue streams and a broad range of financial and operational activities. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, producing management information and supporting business decision-making. Tasks

  • Processing sales and purchase transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Performing bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations.
  • Raising and issuing invoices and managing credit control activities.
  • Monitoring outstanding balances and following up overdue payments.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Supporting month-end procedures and financial reconciliations.
  • Investigating and resolving banking and finance-related queries.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Undertaking additional finance and business support activities as required.
  • Creating and implementing projects to elevate the brand recognition of the company.
