The position will be based in the Paint shop Department, within a team of people who manufacture high quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operating paint machinery
- Setting paint machinery
- Loading and unloading paint plant (only when needed - full time sprayer)
- Handling metal material
- Meeting specific departmental & company targets
- Checking and testing manufactured products
- Follow systems / procedures within the department, including Health & Safety regulations, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality
Skills, Experience & Person Specification
- Computer literate & basic mathematics
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Experience using similar machinery preferable
- Understanding mechanical drawings for masking products prior to powder coating
- Full training will be given
