The position will be based in the PCB Department, within a team that manufactures high-quality products for our customers. The role will involve operating our wave solder machine to ensure that high-quality products are manufactured at the required level.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating Machinery
  • Setting Machinery
  • Maintaining Machinery
  • Handling PCBs
  • Meeting specific departmental and company targets
  • Inspecting and finishing products before passing to the next process
  • Following systems/procedures within the department, including Health & Safety regulations, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality.

Skills, Experience & Person Specification:

  • Computer literate & basic mathematics
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience using similar machinery preferable
  • Understanding mechanical drawings/artwork preferable
  • Full training will be given
