You will work within a team to plan orders through the factory/cells in an organised manner working closely with others to maintain a good workflow, supporting the department where needed, this may be through admin tasks or assisting plan areas during busy periods.

Responsibilities

  • Planning/Scheduling department on day to day basis.
  • Assisting keeping shop floor schedules up to date.
  • Giving lead times on new orders.
  • Assisting the department/factory with day-to-day admin work.
  • Maintaining stock levels to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor Late customer orders and prioritise workload for the factory.
  • Assisting other production planners on a day to day.
  • Communicate large orders to the factory to aid in resource planning.
  • Work alongside factory supervisors to maximise efficiency and output.
  • Liaise with factory supervisors to ensure daily demands are met.

  • Must have a strong level of computer skills.
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft office (Especially Excel)
  • Ability to be organised
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be reliable, conscientious, and hard working

  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:00, Friday: 08:30-16:00
