The Print Shop Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and overseeing machinery used in the production of goods. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking training relevant to their responsibilities
• Driving Daily Department Demands
• Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met
• Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the work cell
• Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and labour to line manager
• Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with line manager
• Participate as an active member of the production team and operate the machine
• Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Comply with company procedures and health and safety rules
• Help to eliminate delays in getting jobs out on time, and work in the correct order

Job Specifics

• Working hours: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:30, Friday 06:00-13:30
