The successful candidate will have the ability to work as a team player and on their own initiative with a friendly personality, high level of inter-personal skills, be self-motivated and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service and remain calm under pressure.
The role is to ensure that all Company and privately owned sublet accommodation is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard after each occupancy and to make sure all faults, damages or potential problems in letting accommodation are reported immediately to the appropriate person. Attention to detail to maintain our high standards is a key requirement for the position.
The Housekeeping Manager will also be required to:
- Maintain H&S records as required
- Use online systems to complete staff rotas to record and manage team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous
- Have a full clean driving licence
- Additional hours may be required when other members of staff are away or on leave.
This position is offered on a permanent basis and will require weekend and Bank Holiday work.
