Hoburne Cotswold are looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team (CDP). The successful applicant will benefit from:

For this role we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic Chefs from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service. With our menus being changed with the seasons, the team are always working hard to deliver new and improved dishes with fresh local produce and suppliers, provenance and daily specials.
They will also require the following:
- Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
- Previous chef/kitchen experience
- A high level of inter-personal skills
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude
- The ability to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
This is a permanent, full time role, offering 40 hours per week. Ideal candidate will be flexible and be able to work within shift patterns starting at 0730 hours and finishing around 2130 hours. The role may require overtime which is paid. We are currently looking for Chefs to join the team (CDP level). The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
