For this role we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic Chefs from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service. To assist the Head Chef in the supervision of the Company’s various catering offerings within the park and ensuring all the company’s standards and procedures are met. To assist the Head Chef in the maintenance and development of the Catering Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements in respect of the following main areas:
Main Responsibilities
- Quality control
- Food production, service and presentation
- Cleanliness and hygiene including the compliance with statutory regulations
- Contractor services/ordering of food etc.
- Financial control
Requirements
- Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
- Previous chef/kitchen experience
- A high level of inter‑personal skills
- Self‑motivation with a positive attitude
- The ability to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
This is a permanent, full‑time role, working 40 hours per week. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Accommodation options available.
