Key Responsibilities
- Carry out basic maintenance and repairs in holiday homes.
- Complete weekly/monthly safety and compliance checks.
- Deliver and collect linen, equipment, and hire goods.
- Prepare units for guest arrivals and report any issues.
- Support laundry operations and maintain facilities.
- Record completed work accurately for stock control.
- Assist with vehicle, equipment, and machinery upkeep.
- Promote safe working practices and support Health & Safety compliance.
- Perform caravan pre-delivery inspections.
- Assist the Housekeeping team and management with general duties.
Required Attributes
- High level of inter-personal skills and a good communicator
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude
- A ‘hands on’ approach and ‘can do’ attitude for day-to-day issues
- Able to adapt quickly to situations as they arise with a sense of urgency
- Organised, hardworking and conscientious
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role desired but not essential
- Full Driving Licence
This is a full-time role which will involve supporting guests and owners whilst balancing the day-to-day operation of the park, including caravan repairs along with ensuring that the grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.
