Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep holiday homes safe and well-presented.
- Complete weekly/monthly compliance checks, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
- Prepare properties for guest arrival, reporting any defects or cleanliness issues.
- Deliver and collect linen, hire goods, and equipment promptly.
- Support laundry operations and maintain facilities.
- Record completed work accurately for stock control and invoicing.
- Help maintain company vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure caravans meet company standards.
- Promote Health & Safety compliance, including Risk, COSHH, Fire, and First Aid procedures.
- Assist the housekeeping team and management with daily operations and attend required training/meetings.
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
- High level of inter-personal skills and a good communicator
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude
- A ‘hands on’ approach and ‘can do’ attitude for day-to-day issues
- Able to adapt quickly to situations as they arise with a sense of urgency
- Organised, hardworking and conscientious
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role desired but not essential
- Full Driving Licence
This is a part-time role which will involve supporting guests and owners whilst balancing the day-to-day operation of the park, including caravan repairs along with ensuring that the grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.
