Operations Director.
We are looking for a driven, hands‑on Operations Director to join our growing business and play a key role in taking it to the next level.
This is not a role for someone who simply oversees operations from behind a desk.
We are looking for someone who is happy to lead from the front, support our General Managers on the ground, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement systems that make the business stronger as it grows.
You will work closely with the other directors to improve operational performance, develop our management team, introduce new structures and processes, improve customer experience, support marketing initiatives, drive sales, control costs, and ensure consistency across all sites.
Responsibilities.
- Support and develop our General Managers and management teams..
- Maintain high operational standards across all sites..
- Implement and improve systems, structures and SOPs..
- Analyse KPIs, labour, stock, GP, sales and profitability..
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue..
- Support recruitment, training and staff development..
- Work closely with the marketing team to help drive sales..
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality..
- Be hands‑on when required and lead by example..
Essential Experience.
- Previous experience as a Area Manager or Operations Manager within hospitality..
- Proven experience managing multiple sites or high‑volume operations..
- Strong leadership and people management skills..
- Commercially minded with the ability to improve business performance..
- Experience implementing operational systems and processes..
- Comfortable working both strategically and operationally..
