Hobson Prior is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate for a contract role in Burgess Hill. You will support capacity forecasting and planning to meet strategic business goals. Use digital tools to monitor service demand and supply regularly. Provide insights during weekly meetings to help manage demand and make allocation decisions. Ensure data quality for optimal process performance. Follow procedures for all service activities to maintain an effective management system. Ensure accurate data entry for inventory management. Education equivalent to A-levels and at least five GCSEs, including English and Math. Experience in demand planning is beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
