Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee quantitative projects related to medical devices. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing surveys, collecting and analysing data, and reporting on the safety and performance of medical products. This position involves working closely with clients and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Write project proposals.
- Lead projects and manage them once they start.
- Gather client needs and guide the project team.
- Design surveys with support when needed.
- Manage daily tasks, including communication with suppliers and clients.
- Oversee data processing with analysts.
- Serve as the main contact for clients during projects.
- Review and proofread client deliverables.
- Participate in final client presentations.
- Assist with business development and team management.
- Help onboard and manage team members.
- Manage certain client accounts.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in any field, preferably science.
- Experience in collecting data and conducting surveys.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Confidence in managing projects independently.
- Ability to create and review questionnaires.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in preparing reports in PowerPoint.
- Willingness to take on more responsibilities and grow in the role.
- Ability to motivate and work well with others.
