Hobson Prior is seeking a People Relations Partner (HR / People & Culture) to work closely with local colleagues, leadership, and employee representatives to foster positive relationships and ensure a supportive workplace environment. You will play a key role in resolving employee concerns, coaching leaders, and driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This position requires a proactive and balanced approach to addressing challenges while promoting fairness and inclusivity.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and solutions on employee matters such as workplace policies, conflict resolution, performance management, and grievances.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and HR partners, ensuring a caring and connected approach.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to address complex complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend solutions to prevent recurring concerns.
- Support organizational changes, including restructures and workforce planning, by offering guidance and managing related projects.
- Partner with unions and employee representatives to address workplace matters proactively.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee relations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to use technology and data to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
- Strong consultation and influencing skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in employee and labor relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of local labor laws across the UK, Ireland, and potentially other regions.
- Effective communication skills to navigate complex conversations and build trust.
- Proficiency in French is a plus but not required.
