Hobson Prior is seeking a Nurse Educator to join our client's team in a field-based role across the UK, including the West Midlands, East Midlands, Scotland, and the South of England. You will be instrumental in providing training and education to healthcare professionals and patients, focusing on diabetes care and the use of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems. Your role will ensure that both professionals and patients are confident in managing diabetes effectively.

Responsibilities:- Conduct engaging training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients, both individually and in groups.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and align with current guidelines.
- Adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Use digital tools to provide remote training when needed.
- Support patients and caregivers in using CGM systems confidently.
- Work closely with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes through education.
- Provide expert guidance and support on CGM systems.
