Hobson Prior is seeking a Process & Project Engineering Manager to lead and manage the engineering functions at the clients facility. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Engineering with daily operations, project support, and equipment performance improvements. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities: Coordinate and prioritize engineering activities for projects and site operations. Provide support and guidance to the engineering team. Assist in the design and review of capital projects. Report metrics and updates to senior management. Ensure safe design, installation, and qualification of processes and equipment. Manage the engineering department budget. Support technical transfer activities and process improvements. Maintain safety and quality standards. Develop and implement engineering specifications and procedures. Foster strong relationships across teams to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice. Oversee timely and compliant training for the team. Ensure timely closure of GMP documentation and audit actions. Key Skills & Requirements: Degree in engineering or another related science discipline. Working history in biopharmaceutical process engineering. Project management skills.
