We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a precision-engineered, high-spec environment with long-term prospects and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications
  • Conduct routine machine checks and ensure preventative maintenance
  • Follow strict health, safety, and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Work effectively as part of a team across rotating shifts

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

  • Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Flexibility to work all three shifts is essential.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is advantageous
  • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shift-based work
