We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a precision-engineered, high-spec environment with long-term prospects and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications
- Conduct routine machine checks and ensure preventative maintenance
- Follow strict health, safety, and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team across rotating shifts
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
- Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
Flexibility to work all three shifts is essential.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is advantageous
