In tandem via our brand, The Padel Architects, we specialise in the design of Padel Tennis Clubs, creating unique and exciting destination spaces.

The Role
We are seeking to hire a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our team based in our studio at Finsbury Circus, Central London.
The role will include assisting with design work, creating existing and proposed planning drawings, developing detailed CGI’s, background research, seeking consultant quotes, preparing concept documents, as well as design and access statements. Assisting with general office administration, with some involvement in the practice's social media operations.
Successful candidates should have and be able to demonstrate;
- Previous experience of working within an architectural studio on live projects. Advantageous.
- Exceptional skill in using Twinmotion for the creation of Architectural Visuals/ CGIs is essential.
- Examples of proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign & Photoshop, is essential.
- Clear design, communication and presentation skills
- Good organisational skills and an enthusiastic attitude to work.
- You will have as a minimum, RIBA Part 1 degree.
- You will be eligible to work in the UK and have experience of the English Planning system.

- We offer a competitive salary package with 23 days of standard holiday entitlement and hybrid working, between home and our London studio. With appropriate mentoring from the team to assist you in the development of your role.
- Hours are from 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.
- Salary starts at £22k+ subject to experience.
