About the Role
- As a Team Leader at Hobbycraft, you will support management and help drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.
- Work with the store manager to boost sales and profitability.
- Promote commercial awareness among the team.
- Oversee operations such as merchandising, goods in, warehouse, and duty management.
- Support and coach colleagues.
- Coordinate team workload.
- Manage click and collect orders.
- Operate the till, handling transactions accurately.
- Assist with audits and health and safety checks.
- Serve as key holder for opening and closing the store.
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
- Act as duty manager when the Store Manager is unavailable.
About you
- At least 1 year of retail experience, managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Passionate about sales and profit growth.
- Knowledgeable about retail operations.
