About the Role
As a Team Leader at Hobbycraft, you will support management, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
- Oversee operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse, and duty management
- Support and coach new colleagues
- Coordinate colleague workloads

- Minimum 1 year retail experience; managerial or supervisory experience is advantageous
