Hobbycraft is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations and to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will deliver a customer-focused experience that drives repeat visits and incremental sales, demonstrating Hobbycraft brand values in every interaction.
In this role you will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, ensure KPI targets are met, and support initiatives such as merchandising, Click & Collect, and stock management.
