Hobbycraft in Reading is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to run the store in their absence. You will lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.
You will coach colleagues, coordinate stock, merchandising and safety procedures, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. This role is full-time and on-site at Hobbycraft Reading.
