The vacancy is for 39 hours per week with a salary of £30,000-40,000 per year. As an Assistant Manager at Hobbycraft, you will control all aspects of the store operation and performance. You will work alongside the Store Manager to deliver a customer-focused experience and excel at building and developing high-performing teams through our brand values. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be accountable for the running of the store.
