This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 10am to 3pm with a flexible approach to start and finish times. Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Role Purpose
In this role you will play a key part in driving value from our customers at all stages of their relationship with us via our CRM programme. We focus on utilising data and consent to build long-term relationships with our customers, in turn delivering trading targets, customer loyalty and lifetime value. This role plays a key supporting role in the planning, execution, reporting and optimisation of our CRM & Loyalty programmes.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- CRM Campaign Execution: Work with the Senior CRM Manager to create and deliver the CRM plan, coordinating across teams, delivering plans on time, on target and to budget. Ensure CRM end-to-end content is consistent and brand aligned, working with content and design teams. Support with build, QA, and deploy CRM campaigns across email and push. Ensure campaigns are accurately targeted and delivered on time.
- Platform Management: Manage and deploy correct customer segment targeting setup in line with subscription preference. Support A/B testing plans & coordinate promotional activities working with the trade team.
- Performance Management: Utilise analytics tools, marketing platforms and CRM dashboards to monitor campaign performance. Champion campaign performance reporting tracking core engagement, acquisition and retention KPIs.
- Testing & Optimisation: Contribute ideas for improving customer journeys using data and insights. Participate in building and maintaining a structured testing roadmap. Review campaign results and share learnings that can help improve performance.
