Hobbycraft is seeking an experienced Team Leader to assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead the team in their absence. You will deliver exceptional customer service that drives repeat visits and incremental sales, while embodying Hobbycraft’s brand values in every interaction.
As part of the management team, you will train and coach colleagues, coordinate stock and deliveries, and ensure store safety and compliance.
