At TFG London, we believe that it’s our team who bring our brands to life. All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting! We’re looking for an Art Director to join our newly centralised Creative Studio and help shape the visual direction across our collective of iconic British fashion brands. This is a hands‑on creative role with a strong focus on fashion ecommerce, alongside content, social and campaign imagery. You’ll bring creative vision, strong visual judgement and a commercial mindset to every shoot, making sure our imagery not only looks exceptional, but engages customers. Working closely with our Creative, Studio, Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce teams, you’ll help evolve how we create, collaborate and deliver at pace.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the creative direction of ecommerce shoots, setting clear visual standards that elevate product imagery and strengthen the customer experience.
- Define and evolve the visual approach across ecommerce, content, social and campaign imagery, ensuring work is distinctive and aligned to each brand’s identity.
- Be the creative visionary on set, directing composition, posing, framing, product presentation, styling, lighting and overall image quality.
- Work closely with photographers, stylists, producers and brand teams to turn creative briefs and ideas into compelling visual outcomes.
- Balance creative goals with the pace, consistency and commercial requirements of high‑volume ecommerce production.
- Review creative output throughout production, providing clear, constructive feedback and identifying opportunities to continually improve.
Who you’ll be:
You’ll be an experienced Art Director, Creative Director, Senior Stylist or similar, with a strong background in fashion ecommerce and photography. You’ll have proven experience directing ecommerce shoots and understand what makes fashion imagery feel engaging, premium and commercially effective. You’ll combine a creative eye with a collaborative approach, directing photographers, stylists and production teams while balancing the demands of high‑volume ecommerce. You’ll be curious about new ideas and trends, comfortable challenging the status quo and passionate about creating imagery that goes beyond simply showcasing a product.
What’s in it for you:
- Generous colleague discount up to 70%.
- Up to 28 days holiday entitlement per annum.
- Financial and Wellbeing assistance.
- Enhanced Maternity package.
- Virtual GP service – unlimited access 24/7.
At TFG Brands We Care, We Connect, We Collaborate and We Create. We’re committed to creating an inclusive culture that welcomes, develops and celebrates diversity of backgrounds, experiences, ideas and perspectives.
