Are you a talented Print Designer with a passion for creating beautiful, original artworks? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our Hobbs team, focusing on our Ready to Wear collection.

This opportunity will see you focus on designing and creatively developing unique print artworks, working in close partnership with the Senior Print Designer.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and forecast print trends relevant to our Hobbs customer to create seasonal mood boards and colour palettes.
  • Develop and refine original artworks using both hand-drawing and digital skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider design team to ensure our prints align with our brand\’s vision.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process, from sending out print packs and colour standards to suppliers to ensuring all prints are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Visit stores and attend shows to gather inspiration and valuable customer feedback.

Who You\’ll Be

We\’re looking for a skilled Print Designer who is also a creative problem-solver. To thrive in this role, you\’ll be able to showcase:

  • Previous experience within print design with a focus on Ready to Wear ideally.
  • Highly skilled in hand drawing and painting with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Knowledgeable about print production within the fashion/retail space, including how to prepare files for both screen and digital printing.
  • Be proactive and collaborative when working within a team dynamic, eager to contribute to our Hobbs brand creative vision.
  • A strong understanding of the fashion/retail market within print design, with an eye on both aspirational and competitive brands.
