What you'll do:

  • The Merchandising team forecasts sales, allocates stock and develops our in-store and online promotions, working in partnership with our Buying team to trade the range commercially to maximise profit and minimise markdown.
  • As a Merchandising Admin Assistant you will support the wider merchandising team in the smooth running of operations of the department essentially ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time.
  • In your role you will provide administrative support to the department by analysing reports relating to sales, stock, intake, markdown and margin as well as liaising with our suppliers and the Distribution Centre to ensure stock arrives into the business on time.
  • Reporting into the Merchandiser we will need you to ensure our Merchandising system is managed and up to date so stock is processed efficiently and swiftly.

Who you'll be:

  • As a Merchandising Admin Assistant we will provide you with full training and ongoing support from the get-go to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in your role.
  • We would need you to demonstrate a highly analytical and commercially driven mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure as a resourceful communicator.
  • Motivated to fulfil the role, you will be comfortable with analysing large data sets and be able to navigate Excel and spreadsheets confidently.
  • A highly analytical mindset and a collaborative nature is a must!
