We're looking for an Assistant Print Designer to join the Hobbs design team, supporting the creation of beautiful, commercially relevant collections from concept through to completion. Working closely with the Senior Print Designer and wider Design team, you'll help shape print direction across seasons, while bringing your own creative ideas to the table.
What you'll do:
- Aid the development of prints, including pattern repeats and placement designs, turning creative concepts into production-ready artwork.
- Prepare and send print packs, colour standards and samples to suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update digital and physical print boards, as well as archive artwork and files.
- Research and compile trend reports and moodboards to uphold seasonal direction.
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to deliver collections in line with the overall vision.
- Contribute original ideas and artwork, with a focus on hand-drawn and hand-painted techniques.
- Stay connected to the market by researching competitors and gathering in-store feedback to inform future designs.
- Help maintain an organised, efficient and inspiring studio environment.
Who you'll be:
- Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

- Confident using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint.
- Experienced in print design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
