A first-class shopping experience starts with our in-store Style Advisors. Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they go out of their way to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure that our customers return time and time again. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customer as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to our customer to enhance the overall store performance. As a Style Advisor we will need you to connect with our customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience for which we are renowned. Reporting to the Store Manager we will need you to stay up to speed on latest styles and be the driving force behind service in store, making the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective. Efficiently identifying and advising our customers on outfit building will be second nature in your role (whether that be daywear, work wear or wedding wear!) and you will strive to help achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solution for our customer.
