Be Part of a Dynamic and Successful Team Based in our Peterborough Office, as a Account Executive at HOBART UK Service, you’ll act as a key ambassador for the HOBART and ITW brands. You’ll take the lead in managing, retaining, and growing revenue from our existing national account portfolios, while actively identifying and securing new service agreements across both public and private sector segments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Keep our CRM in top shape, clean data, identify key contacts, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Support the sales team with onboarding documentation (DocuSign, PDFs) and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Act as a customer champion, managing queries and delivering a smooth, professional experience.
  • Analyse data to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers to drive smarter decision-making.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and sales materials.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity.
