Responsibilities
- Partner with a National Account Manager to identify, develop, and win sales opportunities
- Proactively engage existing customers to grow accounts and maximise value
- Create professional, tailored proposals and successfully close deals
- Track and report on performance against your individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practice
- Handle all activities in line with GDPR and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Strong sales ability with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive
- The ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of working
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
