HOB Mechanical Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC installation projects on-site, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for HVAC installations
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
- Maintain high health & safety standards on site
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
- Support and mentor engineers and apprentices where required
- Assist in resolving site issues and maintaining project progress
Requirements
- Proven experience within the HVAC industry
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- CSCS card required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
