HOB Mechanical Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC installation projects on-site, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing commercial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations for HVAC installations
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
  • Maintain high health & safety standards on site
  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
  • Support and mentor engineers and apprentices where required
  • Assist in resolving site issues and maintaining project progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the HVAC industry
  • Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installations
  • SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
  • CSCS card required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
