Hoare Lea in the UK is seeking a mid to senior level commercial lawyer to join our Governance team. The role will be based in our Bristol office with a hybrid working pattern, with potential for alternative locations or remote arrangements for the right candidate. You will report to the Head of Legal and work with a knowledgeable, collaborative team to review contracts, update terms and provide pragmatic, compliant advice to support project delivery and the firm’s governance framework.
