About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our Birmingham office in a hybrid role supporting both Central Region work‑winning activity and priority public‑sector bids. This senior coordination role sits at the top end of bid and proposal delivery, close to bid writing and bid management responsibilities, and offers the opportunity to take on greater ownership, work on more complex submissions, and develop into a Bid Manager role over time.

  • Regional Bid Coordination (Primary Focus)
  • Contribute to and coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and bids within the Birmingham office and wider Central Business Unit (Birmingham, Oxford).
