About the role

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Finance Administrator to support the project administration for our Specialist Group delivery teams based in London. The central specialist group finance administration Team is primarily based in our Bristol office. This role will work closely with this team as well as the wider London office. In this key and varied role, you can expect to:

  • Use internal finance systems and processes to establish and maintain project data.
  • Ensure additional fee awards are updated on systems along with subsequent costs and correct auditable documentation.
  • Liaise with Credit Control team for new and reactivated client requests.
  • Maintain sub-consultancy invoices logs comparing PO’s to invoices received where appropriate.
  • Resolve any data inconsistencies identified in weekly project reporting and escalate any commercial matters to the Commercial Accounting team.
  • Track interoffice transactions for any trading between different business cost centres.

  • You’ll be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
