Digital Solutions Group


***** Lea's Digital Solutions Group works on unique and technically challenging projects across the UK and internationally. From concept through to commissioning, we deliver creative, high‑quality and user‑centred technology solutions that combine technical accuracy with innovative design.


Our team includes specialist engineers in ICT, Communications, Audiovisual, Cyber Security, BMS and Building Automation. We work collaboratively across disciplines to design connected buildings, improve user interfaces, and support effective system integration, technology procurement and optimisation through analytics.


Our wider team includes:



  • ICT: Designing digital infrastructure, including passive infrastructure, active networks, Wi‑Fi and wide‑area network connectivity.

  • Audiovisual: Creating immersive client experiences, from purpose‑built meeting rooms and LED walls to reception installations.

  • Smart Functionality: Using sensors and connected systems to generate building insights, reduce carbon and operational costs, and improve tenant experiences.

  • Working with landlords, developers and project teams, we create flexible and scalable ICT and technology solutions that support industry‑recognised certifications and help transform buildings into smart environments.


About the Role


We have an opportunity for a motivated BIM Technician to join our London‑based ICT and Audiovisual team.


At ***** Lea, BIM is a driver of innovation, collaboration and informed decision‑making. You will join a supportive environment where creativity and precision come together, supported by both the local engineering team and our national BIM and Digital Engineering community.


You will work on a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential and commercial.


In this role, you can expect to:



  • Produce accurate, data‑rich 3D models and 2D outputs using Autodesk Revit.

  • Set up and manage ICT and Audiovisual models, including racks, data points, AV equipment and smart systems.

  • Create Revit families and maintain clear, efficient and well‑structured models.

  • Develop and present design concepts for Audiovisual systems.

  • Coordinate information across disciplines, identifying and resolving clashes.

  • Review external models and clearly document changes.

  • Apply automation tools such as Dyn‑om, DiRoots and RF Tools to improve workflows.

  • Support the use of CDE platforms, including BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

  • Contribute to information management processes.

  • Produce reports, tender specifications, commissioning documentation and design notes.

  • Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to internal learning initiatives.

  • Manage work across multiple projects simultaneously.

About You


You are a detail‑oriented and collaborative technician who enjoys solving problems and exploring new tools. You take pride in producing high‑quality work and understand how well‑structured information supports effective design, delivery and building performance.


You will bring:



  • Strong experience working on Revit projects.

  • Familiarity with clash detection, CDE workflows and automation tools.

  • The ability to manage modelling responsibilities independently.

  • Familiarity with the BS EN ISO 19650 suite of standards.

  • A willingness to contribute ideas, improve processes and support colleagues.


Desirable Skills and Experience



  • Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience producing 3D renders
