We have a brand-new opportunity for a mid to senior level lawyer to join our Governance team. The role will be based in our Bristol office with a hybrid working arrangement, but alternative locations or remote working may be considered for the right candidate. You’ll report to our Head of Legal, working in a collaborative, knowledgeable, and highly engaged team, within a supportive, flexible, and high-performing work culture. Management and update the firm’s own terms and conditions and contract related policies and guidance. Provide ad hoc legal advice. Maintain the firm’s legal compliance register. Proven experience working as a commercial lawyer either inhouse or within a private practice setting. Commercial mindset with an ability to reach pragmatic solutions balancing risk against the commercial benefit. From there, successful candidates will be invited to attend a panel interview, either via Microsoft Teams or in person at one of our offices.
