We are looking for an experienced and passionate Therapy Supervisor to join our Spa team.

This is a key leadership role, supporting the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the Spa while delivering exceptional treatments and first-class customer service.

The Role As Therapy Supervisor, you will lead by example on the treatment floor, support and supervise the therapy team, and ensure company standards, procedures, and brand values are consistently met.

You will play a vital role in team development, guest satisfaction, and retail performance.
