Are you passionate about wellbeing and delivering exceptional spa treatments? We’re looking for a talented Spa / Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning team. You’ll help our guests relax, recharge and feel their best by delivering luxurious, personalised treatments in our world-class spa. From massages and facials to body treatments, you’ll work with premium products, excellent facilities and a supportive team — all while developing your career within the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a range of luxury spa treatments, including massages, facials and body treatments
- Creating a relaxing, personalised and memorable experience for every guest
- Understanding each guest’s needs and recommending the most suitable treatments
- Working towards treatment and sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
- Keeping treatment rooms clean, comfortable and inviting
- Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards
- Providing personalised aftercare advice and recommending suitable products
- Keeping up to date with the latest spa treatments, techniques and industry trends
- Working closely with your colleagues to create a positive, welcoming and professional spa environment
Person Specification:Essentials:
- A Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A warm and engaging approach that helps guests feel comfortable and cared for
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Desirables:
- Confidence in delivering a wide variety of spa treatments and techniques
- Previous experience in a high-end spa, hotel or resort
- Experience using VOYA or ELEMIS products — although this isn’t essential
Further Information:
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Working 2-5 days per week, 16-30 contracted hours available per week
- Shift patterns: 0930-1800hrs / 1030-1900hrs
- Requirement to work one weekend day per week
- Rate of pay increases every 6 months for the first two years of service
- Full flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
