What you'll do:

  • Preparing and presenting exceptional breakfast dishes
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Following food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team
  • Contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
  • Stays calm and organised during busy breakfast services
  • Has a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Shift pattern:

  • 45 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays)
  • Typical shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm
  • Flexibility is essential to support business needs
