The Role
Offering a range of wellness treatments, exceptional facilities, and providing outstanding guest experiences, we are seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate within this field and will be responsible for providing a high standard of care and service to our guests ensuring they maintain Spa Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Ensuring all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Working closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments.
- Informing guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
- Supporting with guest arrivals and departures.
- Addressing and resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.

- Customer service background with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are obtained.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the Spa/Hospitality industry.
Working Pattern
- 2 positions available, 1 full-time and 1 part-time
- Full-time Position: Working 5 out of 7 days, 37.5 hours per week
- Part-time Position: Working 2 out of 7 days, 16 hours per week
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
