Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. The role offers a structured 40-hour week with shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, five days out of seven, including weekends and bank holidays.
A senior, hands-on position focused on leadership, food quality and guest experience. You’ll lead the brigade, manage stock and costs, and support menu development while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
