We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised Meeting & Events Assistant.

What you'll be doing
As a Meeting & Events Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every event runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards
- Greeting delegates and guests with a warm, professional welcome
- Serving refreshments, lunches and beverages throughout events
- Maintaining presentation standards across all meeting and event areas
- Supporting weddings, conferences, private dining and other special events
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Working closely with colleagues across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless events
- Ensuring health, safety and food hygiene standards are always maintained
What we're looking for

- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
- Has previous hospitality or events experience, which would be beneficial but is not essential – we’re happy to provide full training for the right person
- Additional Information
- Full‑Time, 37.5 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days per week
- Salary £12.71 per hour
