Responsibilities of the Role will Include:
- To lead the day-to-day
management and operation of Hugo’s Restaurant, Atrium, and Poolside Drinks
Service. - To ensure that all service areas deliver
an exceptional guest experience aligned with the company’s standards. - To be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining brand and service
standards, staff development. - To ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable
operations within the assigned outlets.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
– Passionate about F&B with an in depth knowledge about the Food & Beverage Industry.
– Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
– Flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of the hospitality industry.
– WSET Level 2 or 3 preferred
